The LINC Programme is delighted to invite you to join us for an online event celebrating 10 years of the Leadership for Inclusion in the Early Years (LINC) Programme.
📅 Thursday, 17 September 2026 |
Over the past decade, the LINC Programme has supported thousands of educators in Early Learning and Care (ELC) and School-Age Childcare (SAC) settings in leading inclusive practice across Ireland. This event will celebrate that journey and reflect on the impact the programme has had on the sector.
The evening will feature:
- A welcome address from Minister Norma Foley, Minister for Children, Disability and Equality
- Reflections from Claire Butterly, National Coordinator of the LINC Programme, on the development and impact of the LINC Programme over the past decade
- A keynote address by Professor Deborah Robinson, Head of the Strathclyde Institute of Education, University of Strathclyde, exploring the contribution of LINC to inclusive practice and the future priorities for LINC graduates
- A fireside chat with LINC graduates, who will share their experiences of the programme and reflect on its influence on their professional practice and leadership
