A Communities of Professional Practice helps to embed quality practice in your service, by sharing learning and connecting with others.

This practical, evidence-based workshop draws on 30 years of experience, play therapy insights, and the latest neuroscience research to help staff understand why children behave the way they do and respond in ways that truly support their emotional and social development.

Participants will gain:

  • Understand behaviour as communication learn why children act the way they do and what they really need.
  • Use brain-based and play therapy strategies practical tools to calm, connect, and support children.
  • Build staff confidence and resilience
