Autumn Calender 2010
Cavan County Childcare Committee work to provide relevant, accessible and affordable in-service training opportunities to all childcare providers, childminders, childcare providers and childcare students within Cavan.
We do this by:
• Ensuring a wide range of relevant, high quality in-service training events are made available to the sector each year
• Organising, where possible, easily accessible training venues
• Holding the majority of events in the evening or weekends in an effort to facilitate participants working arrangements
• Subsidising the cost of events for Cavan participants in order to make training more affordable
Our Spring Training Calender covers many areas including first aid, fire safety, child protection, siolta workshops, childminding specific training etc...Our training booklet gives further detailed information on the training calendar.
How to book your place:
STEP 1
Cavan County Childcare Committee Ltd would like all involved in the childcare sector; managers, leaders, assistants, childminders and the management committee to avail of the training which is on offer, therefore we would like the training calendar & this booklet to be placed on the wall/notice board so that it is visible for all to see.
STEP 2
Use the booking form one per participant to book the course or courses of your choice. Please photocopy additional sheets if required.

STEP 4
Places on courses are on a first come first serve basis. Courses are not booked unless payment is received with the booking form. Candidates will receive a receipt once payment has been received along with confirmation of booking.
STEP 5
Cavan County Childcare Committee will forward a text reminder to your mobile phone two weeks in advance of the course commencement.
STEP 6
All courses require a minimum number of people booked unto the course one week prior to the course starting date before it can go ahead.
